Hello Families!

I’m so excited to be joining the New River family! This is my fourth year teaching second grade, and I’m thrilled to continue my journey as an educator. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University in 2020 and my master’s degree from Northern Arizona University in 2024.

I believe every child is capable of growth and success, and I strive to create a classroom where students feel safe, loved, encouraged, and excited to learn. Building strong relationships with my students and their families is one of my favorite parts of teaching, and I love making learning fun, meaningful, and engaging.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and making memories with my two boys. I also love baking, cooking, and enjoying time together as a family. I’m so grateful to be part of the New River community and can’t wait for a wonderful year of learning, growing, and making memories together!
